Story
As someone who has always been afraid of bridges, I never thought I would be walking over The Forth Road Bridge. But when the opportunity arose to face my fears and raise money for Royal British Legion Scotland, I knew I had to take it.
The work that this charity does is so important, providing comradeship and welfare support for veterans across Scotland. Fundraising has always been a vital source of income for them, but now more than ever they need our help to continue into the next hundred years. That's why I'm asking you to donate what you can to support this cause.
My personal goal is to raise £500 for Royal British Legion Scotland through this personal walk over The Forth Road Bridge. Every pound raised will make a difference in the lives of veterans in need. So please join me in supporting this amazing charity and making a real impact on the lives of those who have served our country.
We hope to undertake this challenge sometime in April/May when we hopefully get a clear weather window. We will be broadcasting my challenge live on www.twitch.tv/djweerisky .
