In September 2026, I will be attempting to complete IRONMAN Wales to raise money for the MNDA, a cause incredibly close to my heart. In December 2023, my dad was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease—a condition that, currently, has no cure.

The MNDA focuses on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those living with or affected by MND. Your sponsorship will support their mission.

I will be swimming further than I have swam before (2.4 miles), biking further than I have biked before (112 miles) and finishing the day with a marathon (26.2 miles). This will push me to my limit but knowing the challenges faced by those living with MND every day will be my inspiration.
