This a cause very close to my heart as Mental Health is a condition which is increasing prevalent amongst younger individuals. I will be climbing Snowdonia this week in memory of my Son, Jaspaul Khaira who sadly passed away in March 2022. Jaspaul was always very keen in helping others especially those suffering with mental health.
