With 2 school mates who I've known for 55 years I'm straying well outside my comfort zone and on the 12th October 2025 our incredible team will take on a 14 mile trail across 13 Tors of Dartmoor. We'll be navigating this historic land of myths and legends on our mission to Beat the Trail for Marie Curie and help people get the best care possible, to the end.

All the money raised will help Marie Curie provide vital care and support to people living with a terminal illness, and their families at the toughest time.

£3 helps fund a meal for a patient in one of our hospices.

£26 helps help fund an hour of bereavement support by phone or webchat.

£207 helps fund nine hours of overnight nursing care in a patient's home.

I'd really appreciate your support. I'm putting in a lot of training for this challenge which I chose as a way to "celebrate" my 70th birthday. It'll be a tough day but a most worthwhile one if we can raise a wonderful amount of money for Marie Curie.
