Story

The DM Hall Rural team are organising an attempt at the Three Peaks Challenge this summer, in support of our charity partners, Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) & Project Homeless Scotland, along with a nominated rural charity, RSABI.

The National Three Peaks Challenge involves the ascent and descent of the three tallest peaks in each of Wales, England and Scotland - Scafell Pike, Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), and Ben Nevis - in a 24-hour period.

The team will convene on Friday 3 July, before heading south, to begin the challenge in the late afternoon at the foot of Snowdon. The aim is for the team to descend Ben Nevis before dinner time on Saturday 4 July, ready for some food and refreshment in Fort William. The team will be accommodated in Fort William on Saturday night and will then disperse on Sunday morning. DM Hall are raising funds for RSABI.

RSABI provides practical, emotional and financial support to all people involved in the Scottish agricultural industry. Our team are friendly, professional and all support is offered in confidence.

The range of support we offer is diverse ranging from Help for Heating to counselling and one-off payments for essential items like household items.

We support people of all ages, including those affected by illness, accident, bereavement and those struggling with their mental wellbeing.

Our support is available to those previously and currently involved in farming, crofting and occupations related to agriculture in Scotland.

Thank you for your support
