Dexter (and parents) will be dressing up as an elf and joining the 'Mental Health Elf fun run' on Sunday 7 December.

This a 5k run around Danson Park and, although it should be fun, it could be cold and wet and Dexter does enjoy a little moan. To help with motivation, we would really appreciate a small donation to help Dexter see he is raising money for charity and encourage him to get around the course.

I am sure we have all had moments of mental health struggles and/or know someone that has suffered. This is a good cause and we look forward to running with the elves; come along and support on the day!
