I have managed to participate in every Legacy ride since it first began and as a result made so many lifetime friends. Every year a group of VicPol members come together to complete a multi-day ride finishing at the Police Shrine in the CBD. Sadly, we have lost a number of our crew along the way with most recently the sudden loss of Sgt Paul ALGIE. The Legacy ride is not only a chance to come together and remember but to also raise funds for Police Legacy to support families of those who have lost loved ones. This year will mark my 6th participation in the event. Unfortunately, due to a recent injury I won't be riding as much this year, there are many roles for me in a support capacity and i will be there on the journey from Sale to Melbourne. 100% of your donation goes to Legacy as all participant's self-fund.
