Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

James has somehow managed to convince us all to take on the Tough Mudder 10mile Challenge on 21st September! We will be facing this challenge in aid of raising money for The National Foundation for Retired Service Animals (NFRSA).

NFRSA support Border Force, Police, Prison and Fire Service dogs and horses in their retirement years. They ensure they can live their best lives to the fullest in a comfortable home with their handlers, who they have always known, after a lifetime of hard work protecting our country.

Unfortunately, insurance is almost impossible due to their training and existing medical conditions. Therefore, without the support of NFRSA, many handlers would have to think about the financial pressures of taking on their work companions and potentially be in a position where they would have to be broken up.

For those that know us personally, you would know that Spike and Oscar recently got retired and are now members of NFRSA. Therefore, this is a charity that’s very close to our hearts and we strongly believe it’s our responsibility to protect our protectors in their golden years!

We would be grateful if you could donate and share the link! And don't forget to visit the NFRSA website, Facebook or instagram to learn even more about this fantastic charity and all the amazing work they do!
