I'm raising funds for the fantastic work of Diabetes UK; supporting research, advice giving and support services to people living with diabetes.

I'll be challenging myself to jump out of an aeroplane at 15,000 feet in memory of my grandad, Kes, who died just before Christmas from complications related to his Type 2 Diabetes.

The more money we can raise, the more Diabetes UK can help people like my grandad to manage their condition well and live full, well and happy lives.
