Climbing Everest by the Seaside on The Gogarth Meet 2024 · 15 June 2024

Climb the height of Everest, on a bike or on foot; on road, trail, rock or plastic; solo or as part of a group; and over the course of the whole of June or in a single push; there are numerous ways for you to accumulate the 8,848m / 29,029ft

Story

The Rucksack Club, along with The Pinnacle Club, Gritstone Club and Manchester University Mountaineering Club are joining forces to climb the equivalent height of Everest (8,848m / 29,029ft) on the weekend of June 15 & 16 at the annual Gogarth Meet on Anglesey to raise funds for cancer research and to provide support for those living with and beyond this disease that affects so many.
