As you know, millions of people across Gaza, Lebanon and the wider region are in urgent need of food, shelter and medical care. In Gaza people are dying of hunger, disease and injuries caused by the conflict. 90% have have been forced from their homes and people are short of food and clean water. In Lebanon, more than a million people have had to leave their homes. Oxfam's partners, my colleagues and their families have been directly affected.

Now here's where you lovely people come in. My plan is to run an Ultra 10k.

What is so "Ultra" about it?
