On Sunday 27th April, I'll be hitting the streets of Manchester & taking on my first ever marathon & Europe's 4th largest marathon along with 36,000 other people!

Why? Well in January 2024, my mother-in-law Gill, was about to start her retirement years when she was diagnosed with the devastating disease - Dementia - officially the UK's biggest killer.

Did you know that 1 in 3 people born in the UK today will be diagnosed with dementia in their lifetime? It devastates lives.

Dementia is the UK's biggest health & social care crisis.

That's why its so important that I raise as much money as possible to help fund vital support to those who need it today as well as fund ongoing research.
