This incredible charity provides vital care and support to individuals and families facing life-limiting illnesses, ensuring they receive the compassion and dignity they deserve during their most challenging times.

Having experienced this first hand, I understand the importance of this support. I am walking for this amazing charity as a thank you to all the dedicated staff and volunteers who cared and looked after my late uncle Jimmy. Their unwavering commitment and compassionate care made an immeasurable difference during a challenging time. This walk is a small gesture to express my profound gratitude for their tireless efforts.
