Support for Turkey/Syria Earthquake Appeal
Fundraising for Al Mustafa
Story
As'Salaam Alaikum.
I am helping raise money for Al Mustafa Welfare Trust for their Turkey/Syria Earthquake Appeal, while they are directly helping on the grounds over there.
Al Mustafa Welfare Trust® is a registered non-government organisation (NGO) working on a non-profit basis, to alleviate poverty and provide medical and social development assistance to the poor and vulnerable around the world.
Imagine losing everything you own in an instant. For the survivors of the earthquake that struck Turkey and Syria, this nightmare has become a harsh reality. The disaster has already claimed over 50,000 lives, leaving millions of people displaced and in dire need of urgent aid. (May Allah grant them the highest ranks of Jannah.) Al Mustafa Welfare Trust is on the ground and ready to provide essential support and aid, but they need our help to do so.
Remember, charity will be a shade on the Day of Judgment:
The Prophet, upon be peace, said: “The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity.” (Al-Tirmidhi)
What do your donations help go towards?
- £55 provides emergency food aid.
- £100 provides emergency medical aid and supplies.
- £300 provides emergency relief aid such as shelter, clothing, ready meals, sleeping bags, and hygiene essentials.
During the holy month of Ramadan, every good deed is multiplied, so please give anything you can to help those in need.
May Allah accept all our efforts this Ramadan, whether it be in fasting, prayer, zikr, or charity.
