Cardiff University - Kilimanjaro Trek 2025 · 30 August 2025 to 7 September 2025 · Start fundraising for this event

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words “you have cancer”. The Teenage Cancer Trust specialised nursing care and support will help get them through the toughest times they may have faced.

Hello, we are students in Cardiff university taking upon the 2025 Kilimanjaro trek challenge fundraising for the Teenage Cancer Trust charity. Our names are Constance & Amy, and we always fancy an adventure, we would love to have the opportunity to hike for a beautiful charity, to help as much as we can to create world class cancer services for young people in the UK.

With this campaign, we hope to share awareness of the incredible work Teenage Cancer Trust does and raise vital funds to ensure young people battling cancer receive the care and support they need. Every donation, big or small, will make a difference in helping provide specialized nurses, life-changing therapy, and a sense of community for those facing the unimaginable. Please support us on this journey—together, we can make a real impact!
