I am taking part in a skydive, to raise money that will enable the young people that I support, that use Pocket Nook service, to go to Disney Land Paris next year!!

Pocket Nook is a Together Trust residential service offering a home for up to five children with autism and complex needs. Staff help those who use the service to prepare for the transition to adult services.
