​On 15th May, I’ll be stepping out of my comfort zone to take part in the (BIG SLEEPOUT Challenge) for UnityMK, to support and raise money for homelessness, this is something that pulls on my heart so much...

​I’ll be spending the night in a car park with nothing but a sleeping bag. While I know this is only one night for me, it’s a powerful way to reflect on the reality for many people forced to sleep rough on the strees, a reality many people face every single night. I’ve realized how much I take a warm bed for granted, and I want to do my part to change that.
