For those that don’t know us we’re Nat, a HCA on the fabulous fitzwilliam ward assisting with rehabilitating patients and end of life care.

And Alex, a nurse in the brilliant community team assisting patients in their own homes who couldn’t otherwise access the care they need bridging the gap between home and hospital..

We’re doing a skydive(for the first time!) to raise money for Humber Trust’s health stars ⭐️

Health stars raise money to help facilitate the things that we, as the frontline eyes and ears think could assist in patient care, from technology and equipment to Christmas presents and everything in between for patients.

Being part of the fantastic teams that have direct contact with patients in a time when they are often vulnerable and rely on others more than ever, we’re able to put in our requests for things we believe could enhance their care and assist in their wellbeing.
