2 Olympic triathlons (London then Brighton) · 28 July 2024

Genetic haemochromatosis (GH) can affect as many as 1 in 10 people in regions of the UK with an estimated 1.2million people at risk of serious ill health. We carry out pioneering research, increase public awareness, provide education to GPs & nurses and support families

Story

I think we must be crazy but we have decided to take the plunge and take on both the London and Brighton Olympic length triathlons, which are just 5 weeks apart. The triathlons will both consist of a 1500m open water swim, 40km bike ride and a 10km run.

This will all be in loving memory of my wonderful Godfather/ Alisha’s dad Mark who we sadly lost in November 2023.

By raising money for the charity Haemochromatosis Uk you will be helping to support anyone affected by the condition, across three key areas.
