Story
I will be walking from Baildon memorial bench to Edinburgh castle and back the same route. Along the way we will be stopping and talking to raise awareness of mental health. We will have a live tracker so you can follow are progresse along the way
I will be carrying the keg of Demons. People ask me what is it like living with ptsd so I tell them take this beer keg carry it on your shoulders I have this every day. So I will be carry the keg of demons for other to write down their demons on and we will share them together not alone .
PTSD UK is the only UK charity dedicated to the education about and awareness raising of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, it's causes, symptoms & the treatments available - no matter the trauma that caused it. Mental health is one journey that never ends keep pushing and speaking up it can be survived.
Our mission is to provide support and information for anyone affected by PTSD (and their friends and family). We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of the condition and treatments available.
