Walking from Land's End to John o' Groats (LEJOG) is a challenging but rewarding UK long-distance trek, covering approximately 1,215 miles (1956 km). The route typically takes 2-3 months to complete, depending on the chosen pace and daily mileage. There's no single set path, but it's generally recommended to follow a combination of established long-distance trails, quiet lanes, and scenic routes.

"Overcoming PTSD is a long, difficult journey, and our walk symbolizes that," says Young. "We hope to raise awareness and money for this debilitating condition and let people know that they don't need to suffer alone."

On the walk, he will be carrying the "Keg of Demons," to symbolize the weight sufferers of PTSD have to shoulder daily. Young will invite other people to write down their demons and put them in the keg to help share the burden.
