I love making Focaccia (and pizza), and people often ask how much they can pay me for a cheeky loaf or two. I never like to take the money personally as this is a hobby of mine and would much prefer if you made a donation to a charity that is important to me, so how about this one? The Felix Project.

The mission of the Felix Project is simple - to take surplus food from their suppliers and deliver it to any charity that helps feed people. It's all nutritious and would otherwise go to waste. Not only that, but it helps fight food poverty and reduces costs for hardworking organisations.
