BulliesOut are one of the charities we support as a company and I've worked with them for a number of years. On top of that, I'm recovering from my operation and ensuring I get the steps in will hopefully speed up that recovery!

Bullying behaviour nearly 50% of children and young people and one in three adults in the workplace.Bullying behaviour can wear down the confidence and self-esteem of a person, leaving them feeling scared, lonely and isolated.

BulliesOut are one of the most dedicated and ambitious anti-bullying charities. Through our award-winning work with individuals, schools, youth and community settings and the workplace, we provide counselling, anti-bullying education, training and support to thousands of people.

Our vision is to empower and inspire children, young people and adults to overcome bullying behaviour, recognise their self-worth and achieve their full potential.

Taking place throughout September, ‘Step Into September’ is for people of all ages and all abilities who want to raise vital funds and awareness to help those affected by bullying behaviour.
