Douglas Ithell is raising money for Natasha Allergy Research Foundation

Through campaigning, education and research, the charity’s mission is to make allergy history, in particular food allergy, and improve the lives of the millions of people in the UK living with food allergies.

Story

On the evening of Friday 20th September my lovely Nephew George suffered a severe food allergic reaction and went into Cardiac Arrest.

Currently George is unconscious but in a stable condition as we await the full extent of the damage the hypoxic injury has made on the the brain, but the impact will be profound and life changing for George and his family.

I’m running the Brighton Marathon as a tribute to George and to raise money for this wonderful charity to help fund research to allow young people to live without fear of the potentially devasting consequences of food allergies.
