Story
On 10th October 2026, I’ll be stepping far outside my comfort zone to take on an 80km trek across the Sahara Desert over six challenging days. This is in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society, a cause close to our family's heart.
Sadly, dementia is something many families experience, including ours. Our mum, June Martin, is facing this cruel condition, and it’s inspired me to do something extraordinary to help fund vital research and support.
This trek will push me physically and mentally, but every step will be worth it to help those living with dementia and their loved ones.
Why Alzheimer’s Society?
Alzheimer’s Society works tirelessly to provide care, support, and research to improve lives and find a cure. Your donation will make a real difference.
My Target
I need to raise a minimum of £2,300. Every pound counts, and your support means the world to us all.
