Story
On Friday, 22nd September, a couple of fantastically brave members of the Draw & Code team will be taking part in One Special Abseil in aid of SpecialEffect’s One Special Day, an exceptional opportunity for companies and studios from all sectors of the games industry to raise funds in aid of the live-changing gamers’ charity, SpecialEffect who have a mission to change lives by making video games available to everyone.
The courageous members of our team taking on the challenge is our Head of Production Joanne Toomey and Creative Build Junior Simone Easton, who will be abseiling 100ft off the iconic Anfield football stadium. The day will be a collaborative effort between individuals and studios working in the games industry who are coming together to raise as much as possible for the charity, and will be taking part in the daring challenge to do so!
Any and all donations will be massively appreciated and will assist in SpecialEffect’s mission to maximise fun and quality of life by helping people control video games to the best of their abilities, including everyone in the joys and happiness that playing video games can bring. Your donations will contribute towards transforming the lives of physically disabled people across the world through the innovative use of technology.
