Hello everyone,

We recently got the news that my mother has an illness called Pulmonary Fibrosis. This is a terminal illness which affects the lung tissue which in hand reduces the lungs ability to function.

As you can imagine, right now I’m hurting. I wish I could take this from my beautiful wee maw but I can’t. Having said that, I can help!

Every single one of my former team mates will tell you, long distance running isn’t for me which is why I will be doing a 50km run on the 07/12/25 at the North Inch in Perth. This is my worst nightmare! However, no matter how much pain I go through that day, it will be nothing compared to the people that are suffering every single day with this terrible illness. I don’t ever ask people are anything but please, no matter how big or how small, help me make a difference.
