A group of us from Dromore RFC women’s section have decided to run Belfast Marathon in May as two relay teams.
Ten of us will take to the streets to cover the 26.2 miles in the hope to raise as much funds as possible for B Positive.
B positive is local charity established by Adam Watson. Young Adam was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) in 2019 aged just seven. Although Adam sadly lost his brave battle with the illness in 2022, his legacy of hope, strength and positivity lives on through the Charity, which continues to support children and families undergoing cancer treatment.
