I remain personally committed to delivering life-changing reconstructive plastic surgery, especially for children and adults suffering from congenital clefts, burns, and trauma-related deformities in areas with limited access to medical care.

4.Support for basic education for children from Gypsy Community in Bhavnagar, Gujarat

Help Smile previously helped establish this preschool, which enables children from nomadic communities to receive basic early education and be registered with local authorities—allowing them to enter mainstream government schooling and break cycles of social exclusion.
