In 2015 I was diagnosed with OCD which affects 12 in every 1,000 people, and at the time effected my life massively. I say “at the time” because as of today, 2023. pretty much symptomless, thanks to services like Mind Charity.

Unfortunately, mental health problems are way too common - one in four people experience them each year. And if you're an independent musician between the ages of 18-25, those numbers only increase. That's why I'm fundraising for Team Mind in the 2024 TCS London Marathon.
