Fundraising to replace the trim trail equipment on the school field

Dry Drayton does not have a PTA — it has the S&VA. The School & Village Association was founded by a Dry Drayton CE Primary School headteacher more than 30 years ago to do exactly what it says on the tin: to bring the school and village together in support of one another.

Story

The school is very happy to make our school field available to the Dry Drayton community out of school and holiday club hours, due to the lack of other village play amenities.

Unfortunately a part of the trim trail has recently totally collapsed and needs replacing. We would love to take the opportunity to make some other improvements to benefit the children both in the school and the wider village community. These improvements could include lowering the monkey bars to make them more accessible, and potentially the addition of a climbing tower with slide or something similar.

Unfortunately our regular school funding doesn't stretch to this so we are looking to do some fundraising to help us achieve our target of £10,000.
