On 20th July, three generations of the Duffy/Harrison family - Chris, Emily and Annabelle - are going to Zip slide from the top of the Cow, at the Cow and Calf rocks above Ilkley, to help support Sue Ryder's expert, compassionate care. First we'll walk to the top of the iconic cow rock and then jump from it, sliding 270m at speeds of up to 35 miles per hour. The event is strictly for Sue Ryder and is in Ilkley West Yorkshire.

Sue Ryder gave excellent care and support to Diane Gill (our sister-in-law/auntie/great aunt respectively) at Wheatfields Hospice and so we'd like to raise as much as possible between us to support them. We have included some photos of Diane in the gallery. She was a very compassionate and caring lady who did a great deal for charity herself so it seems only fitting to do this in her memory.
