My name is Buttercup, and I live in a comfortable home with people who love me and keep me well. But not every dog is so fortunate. There are many dogs in the world who live as strays, scrounging for their next meal just to survive; there are dogs who have been starved, abused or abandoned, dogs who have been hit by cars and left to die... and dogs who are sick, but whose owners cannot afford to help them get well.
