On 22nd January 2025 I'll be taking part in a mission to Row ONE MILLION meters on several Concept 2 rowing machines inside 10 hours. Or put another way 621 miles. Or just under 24 marathons!!!

This will take a herculean effort for everyone involved on the day but this mission WILL be accomplished!!!

The mission is to raise awareness and funds for the amazing Prostate Cancer UK charity. 1 in 8 men will get Prostate Cancer, often without realising or knowing the signs, how to check or where to go.

Together let's spark the conversation, support and save dads, brothers, sons, partners and friends by building awareness and helping to fund life changing and life saving research.
