My amazing Dad passed away way too young of an enlarged heart. In his memory, my brother and I are really proud to be raising some funds for a such a worth while cause - The British Heart Foundation.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.

We made it across the finish line after "only" 4 hours 30mins of cycling in intense heat but enjoyed every minute of it, even the huge Ditchling Beacon climb at the end! Such a great vibe all the way along and so well organised by the BHF - really worth having a go at if you get the chance.

It's only thanks to kind donations that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. For example £24 would pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, so every pound helps.
