On the 7th April 2024 I will be running in the London Landmarks Half Marthon in aid of the Autistic Girls Network. It is a charity close to my heart given that, in my hard won experience, they understand far better than most the challenges faced by parents of autistic girls and have helped me understand far better an autistic child's needs.

They have given me a much better insight to the issues facing parents and children on the autistic spectrum than any other organisation, and they have been a welcome relief after years of ill informed "specialist" help.

I know times are extremely tight out there at the moment but if you could spare a little change for me to huff and puff around the streets of London i would be extremely greatful.
