Dorset Mind has been supporting local mental health for over 75 years. Their mission is to connect and change minds, bringing people together to make a genuine difference within their communities.

The charity supports both adults and children through life-changing services, including:

Active Monitoring and Triage in doctors’ surgeries

Counselling for those in need of professional support

Wellbeing Groups to encourage connection and resilience

Mentoring for individuals on their mental health journey
