Story

*NOTE: DUE TO POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS ON PLANNED DATE, WE ARE NOW COMPLETING THE CHALLENGE 17 AUGUST 2024*

A team from Scottish Water's DV2 South Hub are tackling one of Scotland's highest peaks this summer to help WaterAid reach even more people with access to clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene. Fundraising from this year's Munro Challenge will support WaterAid's work in Rwanda - a country known as the land of a thousand hills.

Chris Hobson, our very own Winter Mountain Leader, is the captain of our team, with other members of the South Hub joining us, including Alastair Graham, Kenneth Brydon, Ciara O'Shea and Camran Bowie. We will be walking about 28k which is a distance many have to walk just to get clean water each day! Any support is very much appreciated. Thank you.
