In memory of Dylan Cradduck
We support South East Coast Ambulance Service, which provides 999 and 111 care across Kent, Sussex, Surrey and North East Hampshire. Donations fund projects that support staff, community volunteers, improve patient care and strengthen community response - helping every second count.

Story

In July 2023, Dylan was in a serious road traffic accident that left him in a coma for three weeks due to a traumatic brain injury. When he woke up, he had to relearn how to walk, talk, and eat. Over the course of a year, through incredible determination, he regained his full life. After receiving his metal skull plate, he was finally able to return to normal life.

This recovery wasn’t without challenges. Dylan heavily relied on the support of both the NHS and the South East Ambulance Service, who provided life-saving care time and time again. Their dedication was crucial to his survival and recovery.

After overcoming so much, on February 11, 2025, Dylan tragically and suddenly passed away, leaving his family and friends devastated.

Instead of flowers, we ask that any donations be made in Dylan’s name to the South East Ambulance Service. Their care meant everything to Dylan and to us. We will always be grateful for the compassion and support they provided.

Your donation will help them continue their vital, life-saving work.
