From January 1st-31st I’m going to be attempting to run 155K which is the equivalent to a 5K a day, 96 miles or 3 and a half marathons.

I'm not a runner and have never ran 5K before, I also made the mistake of doing ZERO training for this.

2024 is going to be a year full of personal challenges for good causes, so I’m throwing myself in the deep end from the get go!

The distances each run will vary no doubt but by the end of the month I’ll have blootered 155K.
