Story
This challenge is deeply personal to all of us.
Every member of the team from Sweet Dylemma, Coffee Dylemma, CJ's Bar, TenTen Self Storage and Obedair has been affected by mental health in some way, whether through our own experiences or by supporting family members, friends or colleagues. We know how important it is to have someone to talk to and a place where people feel heard without judgement.
That's why we're taking on our By Land & Sea challenge in support of Andy's Man Club.
Over three days, we'll be walking between all of the Dylemma locations across South Devon, even crossing the sea from Dawlish Warren to Exmouth, to raise vital funds and awareness for men's mental health.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help Andy's Man Club continue providing free peer-to-peer support groups for men across the UK.
If our challenge encourages just one person to reach out, start a conversation or realise they don't have to face things alone, then every mile will have been worth it.
Thank you for supporting us, cheering us on and helping us make a difference. Together, we can show that it's okay to talk.
