E's fundraiser for Little Princess Trust

Donating my hair
I've been very lucky to have long and thick hair most of my life and was even more blessed due to the pregnancy of my son. My hair as taken around 2 years to grow to the insane length that it has (after the cutting of the bleach from my more adventurous hair days) I've had many temptations to get it cut back to a more stylish and manageable length however, the thought of getting it for my own personal gain just seems such a waste!
The event will be paid for personally and I'd like to thank Adam from Project Salon, Leigh-on-Sea for (excitingly) nominating himself to do the cut!
I decided to participate in an amazing charity known as The Little Princess Trust whose purpose is to create wigs for many children and young people who have lost their hair through chemotherapy, Alopecia and many more. It's such a unique and an incredible charity and because I know how important hair can be to many people as it can give so much confidence in everyday life. We've all had bad hair days at some point in our lives and to be able to have that is still a blessing that many take for granted.
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.
The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.
The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
