Izzy can't help her tics and is constantly moving. For this month, we're joining Tourettes Action's Move Challenge and will be moving with her - at least for 15 minutes a day!

Izzy's going to to be trampolining, Freddie shooting goals, Emma trying to hula hoop and Mookie doing push-ups.

Tourettes Action has been a breath of fresh air for us and we want to give something back and help raise awareness of Tourettes Syndrome or as Izzy calls it, TS.
