Our dogs help motivate us to get out and move - which is great for our physical and mental health!

We are joining South Kent Mind on Saturday 24th May at 10:30am for a scenic walk along Hythe Canal to celebrate the important role our dogs play in our lives, and to raise vital funds for my local mental health charity.

Your support will ensure that no one in the South Kent area has to face their mental health challenges alone.
