Luckily, my family has not come to need the services of Noah's Ark children's hospital. But one day, we might. You might.

There is a family right at this moment, that is having a much worse day than you. Something that they never thought would happen. Something you only see whilst scrolling social media or on the news.

I want to try and raise a portion of money that will allow the journey that this family is on, to become a little bit easier. Some of the things that can help this is :

- state of the art equipment that saves lives, improves outcomes and makes treatment more bearable

- facilities that allow parents and carers to access care as quickly as possible for their children and enable families to enjoy as much time as they can together

- support services that make the hospital experience less stressful and more child focused

No one ever expects for these things to happen, but if i knew that there was someone out there that gave a damn about my family's struggle, I'd know the world isn't as dark as it seems.

Hence why I'm going to do something that not one ounce of my soul will enjoy, something that cannot be trained for, something that requires the resilience and resolve of someone who cares.

I am going to crawl up Pen Y Fan on my hands and knees.
