It's lung cancer awareness month and I am taking part in Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation's iconic Swimming the Distance challenge, hoping to raise money and awareness for the devastating disease that is lung cancer.

I am able to take part in my free time, and wherever I wish, as long as I have completed by November 30th.

Every penny will be appreciated and will go towards those affected by this dreadful disease.
