Story
The Build South Team is raising funds for Caroline House, a specialist service that supports patients with complex neurological disabilities resulting from conditions such as acquired brain injury and spinal injuries.
Our dear friend and colleague, Gary Honour, who works within The Home Counties Field Team, was admitted to Caroline House where he has been receiving life‑saving care and ongoing support throughout his recovery.
As a team, we would like to show our gratitude for the incredible care Gary has received. Our Field Team has committed to taking part in a Head Shave fundraiser, with a target of £500. Any donation, big or small, would be hugely appreciated and will help support patients like Gary who are facing similar challenges.
The head shave will take place on 29th April in Cambridge (Venue TBC), and we’ll be sharing photos from the day to mark the occasion and help raise awareness for this fantastic cause. If you would like to donate, your support would be very gratefully received. If you would also like to take part in the head shave, please contact Jason Clifton or Lee Clayton for more details.
Charity donations will help fund additional equipment and services such as sensory projectors, enhanced therapies including Neuro Music Therapy, and specialist treatments like Speech & Language Therapy software. These vital extras are not possible through NHS funding alone, so your support truly helps make a difference for patients both now and in the future.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
