Story
David Harmsworth was my beloved Brother-in-law who unfortunately succumbed to cancer aged 46 last month. David was an amazing husband to my sister and a wonderful father of three children. He was not just an accomplished lawyer in the music industry but a wit, cake maker, life-long Arsenal fan and was like a brother to me. I will miss him dearly.
I'm running the Bondi to Manly 80km Ultramarathon this coming October 28th. In the process, I'm trying to improve on my 8 hours 33 minutes time from last year - and taking a lesson from David's experience "live my best life" everyday. I thought I'd dedicate the race to David and in the process try to raise some money for Cancer Council Australia who fund and undertake cancer research and provide information and support for people affected by cancer.
