Story
To celebrate our 10 year anniversary Earls of Uke has decided to take part in a 10 hour ukulele-athon in order to raise money for cancer charities.
Over the years cancer has been prevalent in our group. It is always sad to hear that someone is having to tackle cancer but it is heart wrenching when it is a child.
We have the privilege of knowing Ben's family with Scott being one of the reasons our ukulele group came about in the first place. This means that for many in our group Pass the Smile for Ben is close to our hearts. We want to help raise funds for research and also raise funds to help those families going through this turmoil.
If you would like to find out more on this charity details can be found at https://specialnamedfunds.cclg.org.uk/pass-the-smile-for-ben/
The event will take place of 19th April from 12.30pm in the garden room of The Royal Oak, Earlsdon. All are welcome to join us for a sing-along and help us through the 10 hours.
Big thanks to The Royal Oak, Earlsdon for their continued support.
Let's Pass the Smile!
