Over the past months, since our beloved son, Jamie, died in a tragic accident, we have had the most wonderful care and support from the Bereavement Counselling team at St. Joseph's Hospice in Hackney.

St Joseph’s is a charity that opened in Hackney in 1905, and since then has been caring for and supporting people in its diverse community to improve the quality of life for patients with life-limiting conditions helping them live life to the full, to the very last.

Every year the charity has a Great East End walk to raise vital funds. As we are in Berlin at that time we have planned our 10k route to cover the history of East Berlin. This is our contribution to raise funds in thanks for the generosity and kindness of all at St. Joseph's Hospice.
